About the sessions I offer

These are gentle and powerful techniques, that work on aligning the conscious with the subconscious mind. This is very important, as these two areas of the brain are often at odds with each other. The subconscious lies beneath the surface of our awareness, storing memories and experiences, having a great influence upon you - possibly keeping you stuck in the familiar, and the past. This is why habits can be so hard to break. By relaxing deeply, access to this area of the mind is made easier.
These are potentially deep and transformative sessions, where I may also use Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) & Matrix Re-imprinting - to facilitate real behavioural, mental and emotional change; addressing worn out ideas and beliefs so that you can live more in line with your true potential and be less weighed down and encumbered by issues from the past. This encourages a positive outlook, enabling you to live more in the present. Your remain in control at all times.
